COMENT

The changes that I made mainly is to add food, since that day I did not eat the calories that my body needs, so I added thirteen kinotos  that are small fruits like mini oranges and six bananas al of the data un grams is transfer into kcal for example you have to multiply with 4 the HC and the proteins to combert them into kcal and multiply the fat whit 6 to konow the kcal of ifats
